Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and optimization of our lending technology stack, especially Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Collections. The role demands ownership across in-house and vendor-driven developments, with a strong understanding of financial systems and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from BRD and PRD creation to development, QA, GTM, and final Go-Live

- Lead product delivery across LMS and Collection systems (must-have), and optionally LOS, CRM, and Accounting systems

- Translate business needs into functional and technical product requirements with thorough documentation

- Coordinate cross-functional teams - technology, QA, business, compliance, and vendors - for successful delivery

- Drive decisions based on data insights, user feedback, and system performance

- Manage ambiguity and bring clarity in evolving business and technical contexts

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, finance, operations) and external partners/vendors

- Ensure on-time delivery of features and releases with minimal handholding

- Lead and mentor junior product team members
