Role Overview:

As the Investor Relation & IPO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping JSW One's financial narrative and preparing the company for a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO). You will be the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and the financial community, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, communicating the company's strategy and performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires close collaboration with the leadership team, finance, legal, and marketing departments to develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations program. Based in Mumbai, you will contribute significantly to enhancing JSW One's visibility and credibility in the capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives to attract and retain investors.

- Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders by proactively communicating company performance, strategy, and outlook.

- Prepare and disseminate financial reports, presentations, and other investor-related materials to ensure transparency and compliance.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support investor communications and strategic decision-making.

- Lead the due diligence process for potential IPO, working closely with investment banks, legal counsel, and other advisors.

- Oversee the preparation of the IPO prospectus and other related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

- Manage corporate communications related to financial performance, strategic initiatives, and other key events to maintain a consistent and positive message.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations to mitigate risk and maintain the company's reputation.

- Conduct valuation analysis and equity research to support investor targeting and engagement efforts.

- Assist with M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and investor communications.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute investor relations strategies, build relationships with investors and analysts, and communicate financial information effectively.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements related to IPOs and securities laws.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- Experience in risk management and compliance within a publicly traded company or a company preparing for an IPO.
