Who you are: We are looking for a Digital Marketing lead to manage and contribute to the digital demand generation motion The role is expected to lead a team of performance marketer, SEO expert. We are looking for someone who has an extensive background in crafting, orchestrating and continuously optimizing digital campaigns across the buyer lifecycle stages for B2B or B2C businesses The person will be the owner of the team, process, structure, budget, and tools required to build a world-class digital marketing function. We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least a few years team management experience. The role will be a combination of Individual contributor and team leader role. Core Responsibilities: 1. Owns digital marketing pipeline and revenue, for all businesses 2. Works with creative and brand teams to increase brand keyword search volume growth 3. Works with content and SEO to grow organic/direct and referral traffic 4. Drives growth in social/paid social contribution to lead generation as well as brand awareness, and pipeline 5. Drives growth from paid search and retargeting 6. Responsible for growing website conversion rates. From traffic -&gt; leads -&gt; registrations, sales connects 7. Help drive conversion of low intent leads to high intent leads through nurture and retargeting campaigns. 8. Budgeting, resourcing, and campaign planning/management for all digital campaigns. 9. Ensure that the digital marketing spend becomes more efficient over time 10. Understanding of Marketing Automation and Techstacks to drive automation and growth. Understanding of Salesforce, Clevertap, Moengage is a plus 11. Build distinct reporting and dashboards for visibility across the organization on performance of the marketing function (digital) as well as brand creatives etc - The person would be expected to be highly collaborative and work with global stakeholders to drive pipeline growth and revenue. 1. The leader would own all our digital distribution pipelines. So the person is expected to work closely with business leaders across the 4 businesses, product management to build processes, category team, and sales teams to build the digital campaign plans that align with their goals. 2. Need to own both short-term [quarterly plans, like paid search, content distribution, etc], and long-term [half yearly or yearly plans, like SEO, full-cycle nurture campaigns, brand campaigns, etc]. 3. Collaborate with brand, design, copywriting, and creative teams to constantly improve key leading channel indicators such as reach, impression share, CTRs, CPLs. Along with owning website metrics such as traffic, visitors, repeat visitors, session lengths, pages/session, exit rates, goal conversions, and more. Skill sets required : 1. We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least a few years of team management experience 2. Excellent depth of knowledge about paid search, SEO, social, and other digital channels. 3. Solid understanding of user segments, journeys, and the ability to improve website conversions. 4. Basic technical knowledge would be preferred, such as building landing pages, google tags manager, google tools, semrush etc 5. Leadership: Ability to inspire, lead and groom a high-quality team. Ability to put together the right process, structure, and tools that can help drive our next phase 6. A strong sense of ownership and maniacal attention to detail is required to succeed in this role.
