Purpose - Why does this role exist ?

- MIS - Preparation of management deck on monthly basis and process improvement.

- Costing - Process improvement and cost optimization for both businesses.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

Critical Tasks:

- Preparing MIS deck as per agreed timelines.

- Work closely with R&D team, purchase team for cost optimization.

- Supply chain finance efficiency trackers.

- Record, report, analysis & MIS of Product wise profitability

- Actual Costing, Variance analysis and identifying areas of improvement in operations

- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs & preparing periodic reports comparing standard cost to actual production cost

- Initiating & evaluating cost reduction ideas.

Educational Background and Work Experience

Educational Background:

CMA with 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing set up.

Work Experience:

- Worked in costing & MIS function of a mid/large size chemical/pharma/FMCG company.

- Good working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing industry

Industry : Pharma, Chemicals, Consumer Goods

Competencies

- Good communication &interpersonal skill.

- SAP background mandatory.

- Excellent analytical & numerical ability

- Fast learner with positive attitude

- Working relationships - Stakeholders

Internal: Plant team; Accounts, R&D, Commercial, SCN, Sales & marketing.

External: Auditors
