Role Summary This role is tailor-made for a high-energy marketer from FMCG or Paints who wants to bring category-defining brand execution into the industrial retail space. You will own the BTL calendar, design and deploy dealer-facing assets, manage vendors, and directly influence the buying experience at thousands of retail counters. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement high-impact BTL campaigns (wall paintings, glow signs, dealer boards, POS materials) - Lead branding deployment across India through regional vendors and local trade partners - Develop and manage all dealer-facing collaterals - including flex designs, brochures, pitch kits, and certificates - Create visibility RoI dashboards with clear cost/MT and impact metrics - Ensure 100% compliance with brand identity across retail touchpoints - Audit in-market executions regularly; publish counter-wise visibility scores - Liaise with Sales, Digital, and CRM teams to deliver integrated dealer experience KPIs & Success Metrics - % of Active Retail Counters Branded - per MT of Sales from Branded Counters - BTL Execution TAT - From Brief to Go-Live - Visibility Asset Compliance Score - Dealer Satisfaction on Branding Experience Must-Have Qualifications - MBA in Marketing from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-School (Full-Time only - Mandatory) - 8-10 years post-MBA experience in FMCG or Paints Trade Marketing (mandatory) - Track record of managing BTL budgets, trade schemes, and national visibility rollouts - Excellent vendor negotiation and agency management skills - Ability to build RoI dashboards and drive cross-functional collaboration
