Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years Must-Have Skills: - Qualified Company Secretary - ROC, RBI & SEBI Compliances Good to Have: - LLB or LLM - Knowledge of Tools like XBRL, Computax, Webtex etc. Job Description: - Must have experience in ROC compliances. - Hands-on experience in RBI compliances and SEBI compliances. - Able to handle board meetings over Video/Conference calls with clients. - FEMA regulations and should have handled Secretarial work. - Ensuring Compliance by designing Compliance Calendar as per Client requirement - Able to handle Annual Returns. - Knowledge of Tools like XBRL, Computax, Webtex etc. - LLB is an added advantage. - We are looking for an immediate joiner.
