Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm's operations Key Responsibilities: Scope : - Transformation scope covers entire lifecycle across Client Onboarding &amp; Documentation partnering with Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO), Document Management, Tax Operations across the Corporate Centres in India, Poland &amp; Philippines - Opportunity assessment, prioritization, influence, identification&nbsp; - Demonstrate strong understanding of existing workflows &amp; processes related to the respective product capabilities - Assess the existing tool-set capabilities for strategic technology automation stack - Ability to partner with Ops, Tech, Product Owners and evaluate capabilities and enhancements, basis a combination of max payback on variables such as client experience, cycle time, turnaround time, efficiency, manual touch points, User Tool (UT) remediation etc - Partner with Operations using critical thinking &amp; transformation based approach to supplement solutions identified. Prioritization: - Ability to understand the ask/feature, impact - understand relative position with other asks from other global teams &amp; influence the right elements in the various steering/clearing calls for prioritization - Build network across operations, technology &amp; other functional partners to influence &amp; enable change Execution &amp; Delivery:&nbsp; - End to end execution capability &amp; ownership to drive delivery in collaboration with relevant stakeholders - Drive Ops readiness through the E2E process spanning across opportunity identification through post-delivery assessment of benefit. - Drive definition and documentation of requirements to the required quality level. Provide inputs to Operations on creation of all documents such as - BRDs, test scenarios &amp; unit testing - Escalation, tracking and resolution of issues, risks, decisions and actions in a timely manner - Design and deploy the current technology governance framework and implement E2E across lines - Bring a structure around multiple initiatives &amp; ensure the projects follow a structured delivery approach within the set tolerances - Contribute to the investment by ensuring partners are held accountable and keep development aligned to strategic plan. - Resolve high level conflicts by making broad decisions, or negotiating with affected senior management - Work with operations through unit testing, User Acceptance Testing &amp; beta testing (parallel run) to identify and resolve issues. - Partner with Ops on post implementation benefit analysis to ensure projected benefits have indeed been realized. Qualifications: - 14+ years of demonstrated techno-functional and/or core operations experience - Quick ability to assess &amp; understand a diverse and complex technology and operations infrastructure; Understanding of core tech stack for strategic interventions. - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and aggressively drive initiatives to achieve results. - Control focus with a thorough understanding of operational risk - Excellent partnering, influencing ability supported by strong verbal and written communication - As a senior manager, is comfortable collaborating in a distributed operating model, with stakeholders in multiple geographical locations - Ability to map proposed product solutions against a diverse and complex technology and operations platform - Strong analytical skills, able to translate complex issues and other input into actions - Strong organizational and planning skills, comfortable with multi-task execution - Prior experience/Knowledge of below domains will be an advantage to the role - - Program/ Project management - Techno-functional background will be an advantage to the role
