Jpan Tubular Components - Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and hands-on experience in IPO planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and reporting

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards

- Oversee audits, risk management, and investor relations

- Drive and manage all activities related to IPO readiness and listing process

Requirements:

- CA or equivalent qualification

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role

- Deep understanding of IPO processes, SEBI regulations, and financial structuring

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
