Job Description:

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Fixed Income. You have found the right team. As an Investment Specialist within our Fixed Income team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare strategy presentations covering performance, market value, and portfolio analytics.

- Analyze portfolio characteristics and provide detailed insights on holdings.

- Develop customized client presentations for Investment Specialist review meetings.

- Evaluate portfolio positioning, analytics, and performance results.

- Assist in preparing client performance reports and investment review materials for new and existing clients.

- Provide commentaries on performance drivers and investment outcomes.

- Support the creation of various client communications as required.

- Monitor portfolio guidelines and ensure adherence for both internal and external managed portfolios.

- Coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and RFP teams to address their requirements.

- Collaborate with team members to fulfill any additional needs of the Investment Specialist.

- Deliver high-quality work with a strong commitment to accuracy and excellence.

- Exhibit proficiency in Python, including previous coding experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- At least 3 years of experience in financial markets.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of Fixed Income and the asset management business.

- Display strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding of data flows.

- Show proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Maintain a proactive, positive approach and ability to learn concepts and procedures quickly.

- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.

- Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Focus on delivery and detail-orientation with a commitment to accuracy.

- Work independently and as a collaborative team player.

- Engage proactively and connect with audiences across different seniority levels.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Hold a Master's Degree from a recognized institute in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

- CFA or FRM candidature is an added advantage.

- Exhibit proficiency in Python, including previous coding experience.
