AWM, WMCO - Client Information Product, is looking to hire a qualified Sr Product Manager with proven product management and ownership skills. This individual will be aligned to a team focused on delivering digital products that streamline operations and banking activities by working with design, technology and business partners to realize our strategic vision for the private bank and wealth management businesses. Responsibilities include understanding client pain points, authoring user stories and product requirements, collaborating with teams across the firm and driving the product vision and road map. Description for Internal Candidates Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end management and execution across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with users, stakeholders, design, and technology. - Develop concise user stories, user story maps, test scripts, process flows and Prioritize the product backlog and partner with technology partners / scrum teams to deliver maximum value - Create and simulate business process management diagrams in Signavio; Use Decision Model and Notation to support decision management and business rules applied in digital products - Apply critical, analytical and design thinking to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate operational risk - Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system, prod checkout coordination/involvement) - Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle. - Decision-making within product workstreams regarding the optimal path to meet business objectives, satisfy client and employee needs, avoid legal or regulatory issues, and make efficient use of the firm's capital. - Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development. - Cultivate deep relationships with delivery partners across the Business, Technology, Design, and control functions across lines of business. - Represent the Client Information Product vision, strategy, and product roadmap with key senior stakeholders and in high-visibility forums. - Develop and oversee large scale projects. - Partner with business readiness teams to deliver a streamlined Go To Market process for our products Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in product management leading strategic or transformational change, preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business - Experience communicating a strategy and roadmap across a large, diverse, global organization - Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
