Role Overview:
Shape how transaction operations perform by leading teams and modernizing processes with artificial intelligence and automation. As a Transactions Manager III in Transaction Processing Operations, you lead high-performing teams that process document transactions, including extracting checks, remittances, and related materials. You interpret customer needs, identify trends, and implement solutions that strengthen operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a large transaction processing operation, driving operational excellence across performance, capacity, and quality outcomes.
- Optimize processes and controls to strengthen compliance, risk management, and consistent execution.
- Analyze customer needs and operational data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and implement innovative improvements.
- Apply artificial intelligence and automation capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness.
- Present operational strategy and performance updates to senior stakeholders, functional partners, and external clients.
- Coach and mentor managers and team members, address conflict constructively, and build an inclusive culture grounded in Diversity, Inclusion & Opportunity.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 7+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale operations teams, including managing organizational or operational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated operational leadership and commercial mindset to deliver strategic objectives and measurable results.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to deliver shared outcomes.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret trends, translate insights into actions, and drive operational planning.
- Demonstrated experience using artificial intelligence, process improvement methods, and automation technologies to optimize transaction processes.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, relationship management, and conflict management skills to support team performance and development in a diverse environment.
