As a Sustainable Investing Professional within our Global Sustainable Investing & Stewardship team, you will be instrumental in defining, refining, and delivering our firm's goals. You will support the team's commercial strategy through effective data management and reporting, assisting in the preparation of quantitative and qualitative responses for RFPs, DDQs, and ESG questionnaires. Leading the India-based Sustainable Investing & Stewardship teams, you will respond to client queries by conducting analysis and providing supporting data or documents. You will track and manage SEP tagging and team activities using client information and activity trackers, generating SEP activity reports to identify commercial opportunities. Collaborating with the ESG Client Reporting team, you will enhance client reports and standard reporting. Your role will involve conducting analysis on peers, clients, and portfolios for SI-related inquiries and meetings, developing an understanding of client needs to tailor meeting materials for key clients per region. You will maintain and update quarterly industry SI flows, AUM statistics, and SI materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of team records while providing general administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing quantitative and qualitative responses for RFPs, DDQs, and ESG questionnaires.

- Lead the India-based Sustainable Investing & Stewardship teams.

- Respond to client queries by conducting analysis and providing supporting data or documents.

- Track and manage SEP tagging and team activities using client information and activity trackers.

- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of team records and provide general administrative support.

- Support the team's commercial strategy through effective data management and reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Demonstrate passion and experience in sustainable investing.

- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.

- Understand quantitative methods and analytic techniques for financial data analysis.

- Display excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.

- Manage and lead a team.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Familiarity with ESG data sources such as MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Trucost.

- Business communication skills in written Mandarin and/or Japanese are a plus.
