Responsibilities : - Create, prioritize, plan and implement product backlog items, influence the roadmap and product evolution with the Product Owner - Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution - Design, implement, test and maintain major server-side components and web applications. - Implement back-end components of an n-tier application, including data model, data access objects, and application logic. - Be the Engineering lead for the team - Provide leadership to design and develop the CRM platform and applications - Provide guidance and mentoring to team members - Self-starter, independently takes initiative in driving assignments to completion and solving problems without need for escalation - Proactively identify gaps in all processes, procedures, monitors, alerts, designs, etc. and provide recommendations on how to resolve - Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/ troubleshoot application code-related issues - Work closely with all stake holders and business analyst, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout delivery of solutions Base Qualifications : - Mandatory hands-on experience on Core Java 8+, Spring Boot, Core Spring Framework and including other sub-projects like Spring Security, Spring data, Spring Apache Kafka, Apache, Splunk, JavaScript, React - 8+ years- experience working as a hands-on (actively coding) Application Development Lead or related role. - Experience designing and creating micro services in a highly distributed environment - 12+ years- experience with full development lifecycle from concept through implementation - Experience with design, development, deployment, and support of large-scale applications in a mission-critical production environment - Experience with Maven, Java, UI based application design and development - Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills - Experience in Agile development lifecycle methodology Preferred Skills : - Experience with containers and deployment (Dockers / Kubernetes as an example) - Experience with any cloud based frameworks like AWS, CloudFounday - Experience of Nosql DB & Search Engine like MongoDB & Elastic - Experience with JavaScript, CI/CD, Unit testing and Integration testing frameworks - Exceptional written and verbal skills - Experience with GIT/BitBucket About Us : - JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
