The Custody & Fund Services Technology VP based in HYD will be responsible for Data Quality, helping drive the effective delivery of key programs for the Global Client Account Services (CAS) team. The hybrid Data Science/Business Analyst role will require working with stakeholders across CAS businesses, looking to leverage data quality and management best practice across the industry and other J.P. Morgan business units. Key roles and responsibilities: - Baseline data quality metrics - Identify create, produce and track key performance indicators and metrics. - Identify key risk data and process items - Ability to mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them to management - Analyze data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data with a clear objective in mind - Undertake review of current business and systemic processes with a view to identify efficiency and automation opportunities - Working knowledge of industry wide data quality toolsets to support identified data validation and remediation. - Drive System and process data mapping - Oversee and create data visualisations; dashboards, controls, real time reconciliations - Drive Design and Implementation proactive data monitoring. Qualifications - Agile Project management and Business analysis experience. - Excellent working knowledge of SQL, MS Access and Excel - Custody and Fund Services Product knowledge strongly preferred - Experience of Data Governance principles would be advantageous - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills to MD level - Confidence in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority (up-to Managing Director level) across Corporate/Firmwide, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams. - Effective change management skills.
