Job Responsibilities : - Program manager - managing direct and indirect reports & key stakeholders - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across multiple regions - Manage key senior leadership metrics - Partner with business and key stakeholders to deliver creative solutions providing business value, efficiency & process improvements - Collaborate with the other teams to deliver integrated solutions with a focus on client experience Qualifications, Skills and Competencies : - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred with 10 years of relevant experience; controls management, business management, process improvement, risk management, compliance or equivalent experience in financial services industry - Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Strong problem solving and analytical skills .
