The Pay Chase Card team is looking for a collaborative, well-organized, and self-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and platform stability backlog for our three Card payment applications. As the lead Product Manager for two back-end technology scrum teams, you will oversee development and drive new feature delivery to customers. Job Responsibilities: - Partner with Pay Chase technology team on platform stability, modernization, and data center migration, and other product managers to manage, groom, and refine product backlog in JIRA for two scrum teams - Manages key relationships and communications with stakeholders including partnering with engineering leads to oversee development team, ensuring proper sprint planning and proper utilization of development cycles - Drive Pay Chase commitments for internal and external dependencies - including facilitating elaboration sessions, helping to secure resources, ensuring sprint alignment, etc. - Identify, coordinate and sequence dependencies on other product teams and help remove impediments for the team - Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys - Support overall budget management, business cases and headcount to ensure we are optimizing value for investment - Respects, values, and promotes diversity and inclusion Required qualifications: - Well-organized, self-driven, dependable, and very collaborative team player - 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product, or a related role - Passion about digital experiences and Payments industry - Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written) with a variety of stakeholders - Thought leader who looks for innovation opportunities for our clients and operational improvement opportunities for our firm - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment Preferred qualifications: - Financial industry and Payments background - Aptitude for technology JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity employer.
