As an experienced professional in Product and Execution for the Collections & Recovery product team, you thrive at managing complex technology initiatives that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. As part of the Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for driving end-to end execution for initiatives in the prioritized product roadmap. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver initiatives that are broadly applicable. You will play an integral role in ensuring that initiatives you lead are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with the teams to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience using Jira
