Vice President - Product Delivery Lead (Digital Authentication) Description : - As a Secure Platform Product Delivery Lead, you will lead efforts to establish our target state, omni-channel authentication platform. You will be responsible for establishing the platform, and migrating legacy functionality. - Your goal will be to establish functionality, in a way that ensures it can be leveraged across an array of customer experience use cases, in support of our customer facing area products. Job Responsibilities : - Partner with Area Product Owners and Identity Management/Authentication product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog, execution of the product roadmap and product modernization agenda - Manage delivery on existing product features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group. Lead the research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap. - Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap - Act as subject matter expert with respect to Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications/capabilities - Support Product Owner and Area Product Owners with developing business cases and/or measuring/improving operational results - Partner with agile lead to adopt and continually improve agile practices Required Qualifications, Capabilities and skills : - Academic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years of product delivery or relevant experience in Digital Authentication or Identity Management - Platform systems and operations for large scale enterprises - Strong Product orientation with experience in defining and building out product roadmap and business models - Strong experience in cross location agile product development techniques and practices - Ability to map business processes and identify requirements from those processes - Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills - Proficient in Tools: MS Office Suite, JIRA JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
