Process Mining and Business Intelligence - Vice President Description : Responsibilities : - You will have high emotional intelligence and will demonstrate strong influencing, expert negotiation, facilitation, and excellent interpersonal skills, successfully participating in and leading process and task mining to bring insights to key stakeholders. - As a part of the team, you will study, learn, and analyze complex processes, data, and organizational challenges in order to manage works across a highly matrixed stakeholder group, at all levels of the organization, and help to tell the story of transformation. - You will Lead and Execute on Process and Task Mining Projects : As an experienced data scientist, you will lead projects and teams to data mine the process in order to bring insights to the process constraints. You are required to develop and expand the Process and Task Mining capabilities. You are required to identify reengineer opportunities through Process and Task Mining and eliminate wastes and transform processes. - You will be leading Process Excellence: you are expected to know and implement process excellence capabilities in Operations and redesign processes to eliminate demand and/or non-value added processes. - You will be capable in Building and Continuous Improvement: Support the growth and improvement of the Process Discovery and Design team to better collaborate and support stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Include : - You will be solving strategic issues using a scientific, data-driven approach, and using advanced analytical tool and develop insights, methods or tools using various analytic methods such as causal-model approaches, predictive modeling, regressions, machine learning, time series analysis, etc. - You will analyze data and system interactions to design business process data modeling capabilities and pr - You will manage ambiguity of requests by structuring and scoping complex problems, analyze large quantities of information from multiple and disparate sources, apply a range of analytical tools, synthesize insights, and develop strategic and tactical solutions - You will perform quantitative analysis to understand process flow and constraints; use data to perform process discovery and mining and design, develop and deploy Process and Task Mining training courses and curriculum to AWM stakeholders - You will craft and deliver a compelling narrative across both written and verbal mediums to influence executive stakeholders action on key business decisions and major change initiatives and influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to gain consensus on design and implement roadmap to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables . - You would contribute to the growth of the capability through continuous delivery, enhancement and service innovation Required Qualifications : - You would be need to have Minimum 6 - 8 years of advanced analytics experience in Financial Services and experience across a broad range of modern analytics tools, including statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx) - You would need knowledge of advanced statistical methods and concepts, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, and machine learning including, but not limited to, descriptive, inferential, and where relevant, causal statistics , predictive and forecast modeling and A/B testing methods - You to have experience with designing, conceptualizing and operationalizing new digital capabilities, organizational designs, business processes, governance structures and measurement programs to execute transformation strategies - Ability to develop and manage internal clients and stakeholder relationships at all levels to support engagements and cultivate strategic relationships - Strong experience on SDLC and Agile development framework through practice - Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels and conduct joint design sessions - Consulting or working experience within capital markets and financial services domain will be a plus - Experience of managing and leading a team of developers and consultants in a matrix set-up - Strong executive-level communication skills and presence - Excellent skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Signavio or any Business Process Modeling and/or simulation tools Personal Attributes : You need to be motivated to drive high-quality work to drive business outcomes and you have excellent communication and organizational skills and have ability to work well in a fast-growing environment with the ability to deliver on time.
