Quant Analytics Manager -VP Description: Job Responsibilities: - 10+ years of experience working as a data architect or reporting lead in a global large organization - Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership qualities - Role requires significant senior level interaction to understand problems, solution design and sell new ideas to deliver impact so the candidate must bring demonstrated experience of strategic thinking - Experience of delivering impactful projects in data/reporting domain - Understanding of various coding/data platforms such as AWS, Teradata, SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau etc. - Ability to build business proposal with associated cost case and implementation roadmap - Demonstrated experience of working in delivering large projects and showcase ability to move across the org hierarchy horizontally (i.e. various teams/functions) and vertically (analyst to MD level colleagues) with appropriate communication skills. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - 10+ years of experience. - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in quantitative discipline. - Hands-on experience writing code and automating processes to source, transform and analyze data from multiple sources including structured and unstructured data preferred. - Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx) - Leadership managed ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently with relevant stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in across various job functions.
