As the Treasury Liquidity and Balance Sheet Lead in our Corporate & Investment Banking team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. Job Responsibilities: - Scarce financial resource management of APAC balance sheets - Evaluate liquidity and capital impacts of new business initiatives - Manage multiple projects - Formulation of cost allocation approach for scare resource utilization - Partner with CIB Markets and Banking businesses, Treasury and Senior Country Business Managers to drive APAC legal entity balance sheet optimization and achieve targets for respective legal entity - Support business strategy in APAC Legal Entities by analysing the liquidity, funding, shareholder value impact of new initiatives - Work closely with CIB Business, Corporate Treasury and Liquidity Risk to update or develop liquidity stress methodology to reflect Asia product features and requirement in managing Legal Entity liquidity - Development and mentoring of junior team members Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - The candidate should have 5+ years relevant experience - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, data and project management skills - Strong interpersonal, organizational communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of (US bank specific) liquidity risk concepts is highly desirable - Knowledge of accounting, short-term fixed income markets, legal entity structures, or previous Treasury experience is advantageous - Familiarity with risk management / trading platforms is advantageous
