VP -Digital Product Description: Group/Team Overview: MyWorkplace in an internal application that was developed to simplify and optimize the employee experience by putting access to services and personalized information at the employee's fingertips. The MyWorkplace team has been tasked with proactively engaging with stakeholders across the firm to derive ways to optimize and enhance the employee experience as well as extract customer insights and metrics key to optimizing JPMC internal processes. The MyWorkplace team focuses on driving the development, analysis, and execution of a core global employee experience application. Role Description: The professional will support overall strategic vision of the product by closely collaborating with business and technology partners. You will represent an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain a comprehensive understanding of the CAO and the larger employee services functions, while championing product management skills & tools. You will also represent the voice of the employee and advocate for the product features and delivery that is best suited to their needs. Articulate both business and technical needs, author epics, detail user stories and support overall roadmap priorities. This includes understanding product features, collaborating with development teams to ensure delivery of solutions from research through release, identifying potential issues and advising potential solutions. Primary Responsibilities: - Actively develop product feature and functionality requirements, manage sprint planning, support release testing and validation activities, and design and oversee integration across employee services digital products - Demonstrate strong product and customer knowledge to help the team drive allocation of highest value delivery requirements. Ensure business and employee needs are articulated as clearly as possible - Ownership and accountability in helping to drive the spread, adoption, and success of the global MyWorkplace application rollout - Support the overall vision, roadmap, requirements development, and project management for the solution oriented initiatives - Partner with development team in the articulation of features through intake / discovery, writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and maintenance of a healthy feature backlog - Facilitate forums to drive the gathering of additional details, answering business questions and coordinating with business stakeholders to facilitate recommendations - Identify critical dependencies, risk to execution plan, and other issues and present recommendations for resolution - Coordinate with scrum teams and technical leads to prioritize scope, objectives and constraints for development sprints - Creating, maintaining and communicating schedules, scorecards and status updates. Monitor ongoing health or success of features post-release (e.g. web analytics, voice of customer, help desk tickets, other data) - Lead development of tests and ongoing testing activities, clarify acceptance criteria and use cases - Encourage problem solving, strategic thinking, and customer orientation across a globally distributed team of digital product analysts / associates Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor (BS/BA)/PG degree required - 5+ years of product management, product ownership or program management experience - Strong sense of prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables; able to take personal accountability for key processes and issue resolution - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and interface effectively with cross-functional employee groups and executives - Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and multi-task - Strong organization and stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, can adapt and work well with diverse sets of situations and people - Ability to think through optimal methods to gather necessary data and ability to develop fitting metrics and create models to drive analysis behind metric - Nice to Have: employee experience or digital strategy related prior experience preferred.
