Role Overview:

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Core Trade Digital Product Delivery. As a Core Trade Digital Product Delivery Professional within our Trade & Working Capital team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute the digital product strategy and roadmap for Core Trade, aligning priorities with global objectives, client needs, market opportunities and growth targets.

- Partner across Product Management, Engineering, Design and Operations to deliver digital capabilities from concept through implementation, supporting commercialization and ongoing optimization.

- Collaborate with Coverage, Sales, Client Service and Implementation teams to identify evolving client needs and showcase digital capabilities.

- Embed the voice of the customer in product design and development, translating client, market, competitive and operational insights into priorities and investment decisions.

- Monitor adoption, client engagement, commercial performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization and increased client adoption.

- Represent Core Trade digital capabilities in strategic client discussions, industry forums and senior business reviews.

- Leverage data, analytics and AI-enabled insights to identify emerging trends, client behavior and opportunities for product innovation.

- Maintain governance, risk and control oversight across product development, commercialization and lifecycle management, ensuring timely issue identification and remediation.

- Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, strategic recommendations and data-driven insights.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, FinTech or related fields.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of trade finance products, client journeys and digitization opportunities across Corporate and Financial Institution segments.

- Lead digital product initiatives across strategy, discovery, delivery, commercialization and ongoing optimization.

- Drive outcomes by leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders within complex, global and matrixed organizations.

- Apply strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills to translate client, market and data insights into business value and product priorities.

- Communicate effectively with excellent presentation skills, leveraging data, analytics and emerging technologies to support product innovation and decision-making.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Drive digital product adoption and commercialization for Corporate and Financial Institution clients.

- Apply knowledge of trade digitization, including electronic trade documentation, workflow automation, APIs, ERP integration and AI-enabled client experiences.

- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap execution within a global product organization.

- Deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives involving automation, analytics and emerging technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration within operational workflows, including experience evaluating, implementing, or governing AI-driven solutions to achieve scalable process improvements and strategic objectives.
