Business Intelligence Analyst - Vice President Summary of the Role/Job Description: Following the launch of our digital bank, Chase UK, we are embarking on a finance data transformation project to support the International Consumer Business (ICB). This will culminate in the development of a finance data platform to assist the Finance function in the execution of its business critical control responsibilities as well as supporting business decision making with modern finance analytics and insights. The project will deliver end to end data capabilities for the Finance function and other relevant stakeholders covering data modelling, reporting, dashboarding and the development of any bespoke tooling required. Using Google Looker Studio, Alteryx, Jupyter Notebooks and other modern data tools, you will deliver both tactical and strategic solutions to finance data problems. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of data engineers and architects to develop and model required data views. Responsibilities: - Use the full breadth of capabilities within Google Looker Studio to develop dashboards, visual components, data reports and analytical tools to deliver financial insights and business critical outputs - Use Alteryx and other automation tools to transform and streamline processes for tactical and strategic solutions to Finance team problems - Collaborating with data engineers, modellers and analysts to develop your required data models - Presenting complex data in visually appealing and insightful ways to aid story-telling and communication - Working closely with the product manager and end users to ideate and iterate solutions - Ensuring best practices are adhered to at all times Strengths and Capabilities: - Advanced knowledge of data analytics and visualization, UX/UI and design best practices - Passion for innovation, problem solving, user-centric design and a good eye for visual aesthetics - Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional agile teams as well as independently - Ability to influence, educate and share technical and design knowledge - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Self-starter and highly self-motivated Skills / Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years' experience using business intelligence platforms (Looker Studio Experience highly desired) - A bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics or computer science related fields is preferred.
