Business Analysis Manager _Vice President Description: Roles and Responsibility: - Manage End to End Projects Deliverables and Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to understand the current state and provide effective proposed solutions - Ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results also involve in Writing and Documentation skills to produce Business Requirements and Design documents - Ability to effectively communicate across all levels and ability to engage and influence stakeholders - Knowledge of Data Analytical Tool like Alteryx, UiPath, Instabase will also be an added advantage Define and document Business Requirements and Solution Design Documents. - Analyse and understand current state to suggest future state solutions based on business requirements and T o build/configure Recon Models as per requirements , Build & deploy digital solutions using Alteryx , UiPath & Instabase - Data domain experts to support AI research team to deliver AI/ML projects and Perform Testing and co-ordinate with business stakeholders for UAT and also To track Open Actions and raise Risk and Issue associated with the project - Interact with multiple teams, working closely with Product Dev, Ops leads, Digital Solution CoE, AI research team and Tech Architects. - Develop partnership with all stakeholders and maintain working rapport to meet common project milestone/goal.
