As an Analytics Solutions Lead on the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Finance Data and Insights for JPM Wealth Management (JPMWM) and Cross LOB Area Product Team, you will play a key role in driving and supporting transformation in our data environment and technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business and in supporting core finance and business processes. - You will be primarily responsible for creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards, Alteryx workflows, building and maintaining data solutions and introducing ThoughtSpot solutions supporting the JPM Wealth Management Line of Business and Cross LOB Function. Job Responsibilities: - Work with key stakeholders (including business leaders, CFOs, and F&BM leadership, Technology, Analytics, and Finance) to determine requirements for new dashboards and develop an infrastructure to support data visualization that works efficiently and has strong controls - Have and leverage a strong foundational knowledge of financials and financial metrics to build effective solutions that simplify, automate, and add value - Provide technical leadership support to teams ensuring adherence to collaboratively developed development cycles and delivery dates as well as full adherence to control standards - Develop and utilize technical expertise in our core technology (Alteryx, Tableau, ThoughtSpot) to summarize and analyze key business drivers effectively and efficiently, developing insights for the CCB Leadership Team - Express creativity and ingenuity to transform how we see and understand data, being able to analyze customer behaviors and business results to - Understand the variety of sources for information and how to strategically source data - Direct and/or Indirect People Leadership responsibilities to own work, develop talent, and guide careers Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting Business, IT or Financial systems discipline and 11+ years of relevant experience - Tableau and data wrangling (e.g. Alteryx) experience is required.
