As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing moderate to complex tasks related to cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, ensuring all trades are processed on respective platforms across all asset classes. You will leverage your expertise in a variety of work processes, applying advanced knowledge of policies and procedures to solve non-routine problems. Your role will involve working on escalated assignments, requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and improve existing processes. Your ability to actively listen, manage internal stakeholders, create presentations, and initiate process improvements will be key to your success in this role.

Job responsibilities:

- Performing Asset (Stock) and Cash reconciliations and investigate and research for any discrepancy

- Understanding breaks and exceptions and providing an analytical reasoning, accounting, and other relevant details to the business or resolver groups

- Meet or exceed all defined SLAs of the process as agreed with the manager and as per the job expectation

- Work on metrics, dashboards, and other reporting documents as per requirements

- To participate in hubs calls, to liaise closely with the business to ensure the breaks are resolved in a timely manner and all the queries raised on a day-to-day basis as per the requirement.

- Working experience on TLM or TLM Premium is preferred.

- Understanding or working experience on the data validation controls will be an advantage.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Knowledge on Stock or Cash Reconciliations is required

- Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience with Stock or Cash Reconciliations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Knowledge on Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Securities Lending, Trade or Settlements is a plus

- Knowledge on Alteryx, Tableau will be a plus

- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies that support process improvement and operational excellence
