Trade Client Access - Team Leader Description : - Responsible for the full internal/external client experience with respect to the use and support of treasury products. - Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of high level customer satisfaction; and for active participation in customer satisfaction improvement initiatives. - Accountable for managing positive perception of the firm's business and electronic products. - Provide technical and transactional support via phone and email. - Create user entitlements for JPMorgan Portal and Trade Products for Trade and Working Capital Clients - Adhere to 24-hour turnaround to entitlement requests and other key performance metrics - Participate in daily team Chat to communicate any issues that arise which require further escalation or to assist other team members in resolving issues - Provide information on identified client issues or product deficiencies for escalation to product management partners. - Actively review open inquiries and ensure proper visibility to expedite resolution - Provide SME support on programs delivered by TS Training and assess participant proficiency with mock calls and exercises. - Serve as peer coach to other employees. Provide structured On the Job Training for newly hired employees, or analyst learning new tasks. - Provide direction on the proper handling and disposition of various call scenarios. - Partner with Technology to participate in User Acceptance Testing for new product and program initiatives.
