Description : Client/ Counterparty/ Firms (Internal) reference data includes cash and stock settlement instructions, confirmations, account level details i.e., name, addresses, country of citizenship, trading restriction flags etc. The team also supports the set up and maintenance of other static data like Portfolio References/ Books/ Salesperson/ Trader/ Depots/ Commission updates / Accounting tables and monitoring of exception queues. Job Responsibilities : - Authenticate requests/ perform due diligence prior to processing the request as per the documented procedure - Open customer records in appropriate branches and systems, ensuring correct linkages and downstream impact. - Ensure 100% accuracy in Confirmation recipients and SSIs Maintenance on the systems as per procedures with zero tolerance related to client data breaches. - Present innovative ideas and demonstrate ability to implement under supervision of managers and stakeholders - Ability to partner and work seamlessly in collaborative manner - Support team and peers to achieve team objectives and goals - Maintaining account mapping between the various systems. - Data analysis / research and remediation function based on assignments. - Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed - Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures \"SOPs.\" - Maintain MIS report as required. - Maintain accurate volumes / productivity.
