Will require working with stakeholders across CAS businesses, looking to leverage data quality and management of best practice across agent securities account - Implement and build out an Governance model responsible for data integrity and data quality - Define and Execute SSI due diligence standards. - Build out a BAU SSI integrity check model - Build expertise in CAS FX SSI processes, including understanding of the critical data elements (CDE's) for SSI Data governance - In partnership with the Operations team build out comprehensive SSI data reconciliations for CDE's as defined by the business - Creating data visualizations; dashboards, controls and real time reconciliations - SSI data integrity validation via automated reconciliations across all LOB's - Case and query management of data discrepancies - Analyze SSI data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data - Identify opportunities to improve processes either by working with internal stakeholders/teams or with external agents - Issue exception reporting and breaks to LOB's and coordinate with processing team for remediation - Ongoing monitoring of data quality across multiple data elements to ensure adherence to the governance model - Recertification of valid SSI's - Direct impact -Operations covers every line of business, from consumer banking to sales and trading. - Breaking down global barriers -Operational excellence is key to working across every time zone in every currency. - Strong foundation - Develop global solutions, collaborate with experts and learn skills you can apply anywhere. Essential Skill Sets : - You will have strong adherence to procedures and controls, and should be analytical and risk and control inclined. The role involves frequent communication with internal Business Partners. - FX Markets and Custody and Fund Services Product knowledge strongly preferred - Experience of SSI Data Governance Principles - Understanding of regulatory environment within Financial Services sector - Reconciliation experience - Business analysis experience - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills - Confident in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority across business - Effective change management skills.
