Business Management - Team Leader Job Description: - As a Business Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for steering management meetings and being responsible for setting the team agenda and discussion priorities - You will be responsible for meeting documentation and key action points, analysis of New Business Initiative analysis, act as Trusted Partner to Operations & support any operations activity from F&BM perspective - You will be flexible to multi task and effectively manage priorities across the wider function and provide oversight to business management team across sites. Job Responsibilities : - Plan the strategic objectives for the cost center in discussion with all global and local stakeholders and monitor milestones to ensure timely delivery - Regular strategic progress review, accomplishments & opportunities - Manage monthly highlights & performance reporting to wider forums - Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple Stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data - Establish standards for collaboration with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals - Proactively highlight potential issues to management . - Prepare and present management reporting information & decks and be fully conversant with current internal and external best industry practices - Support analytical innovation, including, for example, evaluating the current operational environment for opportunities to leverage automation tools including Machine Learning techniques - Managing Real Estate Infrastructure, provide transparent reporting and optimize seat utilization - Defining and formulating Dynamic Workforce and Workplace - Ensure Operations adherence to Business and Regulatory controls and any required submissions - Provide strong oversight and governance on key strategic programs and provide regular updates to various senior management forums. - Build and enhance the operating model through strong focus on location strategy and the resiliency framework.
