Job Responsibilities : - Manage the workflow through the life cycle of Corporate Action and Income Activities - Ensure Supervisory checks and controls are performed on timely and accurate basis - Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off, including client service inquiry resolution, cash and stock break, and event management, as well as all key metrics are produced as required - Continued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with new policies and ongoing risk management activities Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities : - Financial Services background within Custody or Investment Bank environment with 3+yrs of experience in Asset Servicing / Securities Operations background. - Operational subject matter expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Support, Asset Servicing, Risk and Control, and Custody - Strong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes. Strong risk and control awareness, including the ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines. Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures for self and team. - Display ability to identify and implement process improvements and functional consistency - Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Working knowledge of Alteryx / Tableau will be an added advantage - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent. Degree in related technical area (such as Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Sciences or Business) advantageous but not essential.
