Cash Operations Team Lead Description: - You will be responsible to ensure smooth execution and remediation on observation or gaps identified. - This includes understanding of processes, systems, interpreting various guidelines, internal and external policy requirement and adheres to them at all times. - You would need to collaborate with various branches, tech team, service team and senior management to meet organization goal. Regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction are key to manage any deliverables. Responsibilities: - Transaction monitoring and improvisation is key strength to be demonstrated. - Knowledge of FATF is a key advantage for the this role. - Prioritization of various deliverables to ensure smooth delivery. - Skills to manage and run various ask as a project in timely manner and utmost accuracy. - Candidate should have eye for details to ensure nuances are well understood - Good tracking mechanism to ensure upfront update and early escalations. - Partner with key stakeholders over the processes. - Participate in meeting, calls and provide accurate information - Be an effective back-up for team - Deliver on reports, MIS and administrative tasks assigned.
