Global Learning Design Specialist Description: Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain a central learning portal a. Develop and maintain Learning Content using approved digital technologies b. Supports in providing learning at scale and velocity c. Owns the digital properties for learning - Develops a digital learning technology stack for HRS IT Support team - Partner with HelpDesk Product Experience team and product owners to develop training programs relevant to product onboarding - Partner with Tech leads, delivery leads and Product Owners to design the training programs - Analyze the measurement metrics and design the apt learning experience for consistent and efficient learning - Create consumable learning resources at different proficiency levels to upskill the product knowledge of our live agents Qualifications : - 5-9 years of experience in learning designer role - Must have in-depth knowledge of theoretical foundations and methodological practices of Instructional Design and learning development. - Experience in working with instructional technology tools like - Adobe captivate, Video making tools, Articulate, Brainshark is needed - Experience in creating SharePoint sites, HTML sites, surveys on survey monkey, mentimeter etc is added advantage - Experience working in an Agile environment and Knowledge of JIRA toolset preferred - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and align - responsibilities to the broader business while delivering results and managing expectations - Highly disciplined, able to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions within scope of responsibilities - Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong people / client facing skills, agile thinking and a knack for problem solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior leaders, key stakeholders, and employees JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
