Job responsibilities: - Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery - Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience - Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers - Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle - Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development - Build framework for financial accounts Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related field of study plus 4+ years of experience in related occupation. - Experience with Jira and Confluence to manage scrum processes - Formal experience with agile methodologies, writing stories and requirements for code delivery - Knowledge of software applications and processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) - Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle - Familiar with managing product backlog and prioritization for software development - Able to identify problems and make decisions in ambiguous situations Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Experience with consumer financial products and/or financial industry or with interest bearing products - Experience in engineering with Java, Python, and/or AWS JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
