Description : Roles & Responsibilities : - Works with multiple team s (across our Card Marketing execution, Product, & Business Units) to develop long term strategic business roadmaps and align systems to support these roadmaps - Works with those multiple team s to set priorities and provide a strategic & tactical vision for the team tying work to the Card Marketing Execution (CME) goals . Recommends logical solutions for target state based on existing JPMC toolsets and processes or industry best practices - Provides guidance on user experience behaviors with respect to selecting data attributes to build and execute campaigns based on marketer requirement. Structures and scopes complex problems and leads the effort across various stakeholders - Leads teams to align on requirements for cross-functional and cross-LOB projects . Builds understanding of business needs, of how the systems are built, and of how the data is managed in order to create functional designs - Collaborates with business leaders to create conceptual designs that align business and data needs with defined architecture . Contributes to creation of Target State Business Architecture that accommodate strategies across JPMC - Documents key artifacts so that they are available for team members, stakeholders, and leadership . Effectively communicates process recommendations using various modeling techniques - Identifies solutions for system related control issues that have downstream impacts and ties to a broader solution that prevent similar issues in the future. As well as focusing on new designs/solutions that require new or incremental control points. Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities : - 6+ years of experience in project management in technology organization - Able to work independently with little direction on specific initiatives - Able to recognize and support the Change Management aspect for our users of the tools - Ability to work in an Agile environment - Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously by being pro-active, action-oriented and results oriented - Able to apply strategic and holistic thinking when solving customer problems - e.g., how can this solution be applied for a longer-term solution across the end-to-end process - Able to influence all business groups within the lifecycle Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities : - Able to understand data by analyzing data, creating data maps, relationships between systems, teams and processes - Able to apply design practices across systems and processes to effectively communicate with stakeholders - Able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization . Able to proactively identify and own opportunities/resolutions end-to-end - Expert in modeling process flows, data relationship flows, and event sequencing diagrams .
