Senior Product Delivery Associate Description: - Be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products, while you navigate through and solve complex challenges. You will lead product delivery processes, manage change activities, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee timelines, and boost efficiency. - As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in our Enhanced Transaction Utility team, you will have the opportunity to enhance and optimize the way we deliver products to our customers. Being a key member of our team, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable us to implement successful projects in an expedient and organized way. Our goal is to provide enriched transaction data via reusable APIs to power consistent and enhanced experiences across channels. Job responsibilities: - Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives - Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination - Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements - Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners - Conduct business analysis in partnership with the product management and technology teams to identify gaps early - Influence the requirement formulation phase to adopt behavior driven development or any other framework - Use the analysis during planning and findings during execution phases to create required testing artifacts that will help deliver the end-to-end test strategy developed by the team to independently deliver the project start to finish - Understand and assess the cross impacts across line of businesses and product team to develop a seamless end-to-end test engagement and strategy - Improve engagement through effective dependency management, pick ownership of applications outside of firm wide core deposits to drive autonomy in the process Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area - Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities - Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes - Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics - 2+ years working in the Credit Card Line of business JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
