You will be sharing the findings with the team and other key stakeholders and thus making an impact on business. - This role requires a candidate with 5-7 years of experience in market research and analytics. The role will also require some experience of project management for a study for Asia, working with research partners and regional teams to ensure timely deliverables, raising issues, data analysis, ability to synthesize multiple sources of information to weave a single story. - Comfortable presenting the findings to senior leaders in a concise and confident manner. Additional help on CX interviews and other ad-hoc projects. The role would also require stakeholder management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage expectations across time zones. Job responsibilities: - Lead the study within Asia to learn about this market along with market positioning, working with Asia business, managing end to end project. - Partner with research team ensuring all deliverables are high quality, accurate and complete. - Using strong analytical skills build analysis files to look into trends. - Present client story synthesizing multiple sources of information highlighting key insights that is actionable for senior leaders. - Engage in other team research projects that allow cross-training and develop research techniques. - Manage the work and priorities with the team in an independent manner with good work ethics. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: - Experience in market research, strategy or any analytically exhaustive domain - Project management experience related to market research - Logical and Analytical approach to data analysis, with a keen eye to identify trends, patterns and implications based on the data - Excellent comprehension skills and articulation both written and verbal with curiosity and ability to connect the dots. - Ability to present to senior management PowerPoint skills - Ability to extract key themes from qualitative data - Intermediate Excel, Power Point and working knowledge of SPSS. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: - Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Business - MBA preferred - Market Research background preferred. - 3+ years of work experience with MNCs - Previous experience with analysis/strategy with fact based writing skills.
