Senior Associate Cross Asset Trading Description: As a Senior Associate Cross Asset Trading, you will be working very closely with the Brokerage Product Development & Investment Product Governance team to manage agendas like New Product & Business Solutions, Platform Development, Regulatory Initiatives, Trading Process Improvements. This will be achieved through understanding the investment products palette and its various asset classes, the technology platform and the ability to handle ad-hoc requests (from regulators to the day to day business). Job Responsibilities: - Centrally coordinate Product Development and Governance related activities for various investment platform initiatives, program status tracking, communication to executive stakeholders and ownership of periodic governance and reporting processes. - Participate and drive content for product governance forums - Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to identify and address areas of risk and regulatory exposure across multiple asset classes - Identify, onboard and maintain vendors across the trading business - Provide client onboarding support for Private Bank product offerings. - Develop and manage project plans though strategy development, project definition, solution development, agreement, and implementation Required Qualifications, capabilities & skills: - 7+ years of financial services experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management. - Effective change management and transformation experience, including project and program management that spans business and partners teams within the financial services industry. - Highly collaborative - ability to connect and partner effectively with global teams to influence outcomes and deliver results. - Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively, and capitalize on change. - Highly competent with core MS Office applications - e.g. Excel and PowerPoint along with Python, Tableau & Unqork - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - including excellent presentation skills proven ability to distil complex ideas into consumable and actionable materials.
