CIB-Digital Document Services-Reference Data Specialist IV Description : - Review of Corporate Loans, Trade Finance agreements & capturing key parameters into the firm's approved repository to enhance MIS capabilities. - Monitoring & reconciling collaterals pledged and perfecting them through filing UCC' - Manage & participate in UAT & PVT as needed basis. Interacting with the branches across the globe & resolve any queries raised. - Maintaining production & quality standards to ensure that reviews are completed timely and accurately. Tracking & reconciling daily work & performing other duties as assigned. - Develop as a checker/SME for most of the BAUs. Respond to mailbox queries within the SLAs. Ensure adherence to SOP. - Embrace new strategic tools for process improvement. Work closely with borrower in custody team & partner with them on pledging CIB Loans.
