Position Description : In Global Ops change Management, the key focus of the automation developer is to facilitate the Innovation and Capacity Creation (ICC) initiatives in Global Reference Data Organization aligned to the Firmwide Data Management. The automation developer takes responsibility and accountability for full time development of Firmwide tools and automation projects to the required timescale, quality and budget. The incumbent will have the following set of responsibilities: Technical Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in overall automation and/or robotics development. - Xceptor, Alteryx, Informatica preferred - Ability to design, build, test, and implement automation products - Develop workflows and manage testing cycles - Work on implementation team to provide support for customer projects - Plan and execute activities within agile development lifecycle - strong Firmwide automation tools troubleshooting skills - Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills - Understanding of programming constructs (C++, C#, Visual Basic, VBA.net, Python) - Strong fundamentals in object oriented design, data structures - Demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly. - Develops and configures automation processes as per requirements. - Ability to create Technical design documentation as required. - Works collaboratively with all project team members - Effective &amp; transparent communication skills - System Analysis/Evaluation - able to understand how different system works together - Design - understand manual business processes and propose design for automation - Programming - robotics programming interaction with hardware, databases, internet - Experience with Databases - Relational databases, Big data, PL/SQL - Web Technologies - Java/.NET, Python, Java script, XML - Automation technologies - explore tools like Automation Anywhere, Click View and Tableau - Experience with Big data, Hadoop and have worked on instrument and client related data i.e. Description, CPN, Corporate Action, SPN etc. - Servers - Knowledge about Web, Application server - Ability to build automated modules utilizing data from databases, files, websites.
