Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: - Earn a university degree. - Bring 3+ years of experience in financial services or a closely related industry. - Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English. - Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written formats. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail when processing, reviewing, and updating reference data. - Analyze operational issues to support accurate exception handling and remediation activity. - Use standard productivity tools confidently, including spreadsheet software. - Apply basic knowledge of financial industry concepts in day-to-day processing and stakeholder interactions. - Collaborate effectively within a team environment to deliver consistent outcomes. - Follow established procedures and control requirements to support well-controlled execution. Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities: - Show hands-on exposure to low-code or no-code tools for workflow automation, forms, lightweight applications, and dashboarding. - Leverage advanced spreadsheet capabilities, including macros, to improve tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency. - Translate operational needs into simple automation ideas and partner effectively with technology teams to implement them. - Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
