As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics team, you will support advanced analytics projects across operational functions, channels, and products. You will help drive business outcomes and improve customer experience by providing complete analytics support and maintaining strong controls.
Job responsibilities
- Lead partnerships with key stakeholders and product groups, applying strong understanding of business drivers, data, and processes
- Provide analytics leadership for demand mitigation programs across the servicing organization
- Collaborate with teams to map data flows from processes to databases
- Develop and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs using analytical tools to improve business functions
- Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify journeys and friction points
- Manage deliverables to gain insights and enhance monitoring processes
- Prepare and deliver presentations with actionable insights for executive audiences
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field
- Four years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Tableau
- Experience in data quality control and resolving data discrepancies
- Familiarity with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics methods
- Experience delivering analytics solutions using Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations for management self-service
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to influence stakeholders
