Description : Department overview The JP Morgan Investment Information Services (IIS) is part of the Data Solutions team under Securities Services Operations. The team provides a post Trade Compliance and Performance Reporting & Reporting services to Pension & Mutual Fund clients based in North America and EMEA. J.P. Morgan's market-leading IIS Data Solutions enables asset managers, fund sponsors and trustees to efficiently detect and manage violations of client-specified investment rules, and provide an overview and analysis of portfolio performance facilitating risk reduction and demonstrating industry best practices. Our diverse client list includes corporate and public pensions, investment managers, endowments and foundations, corporate cash, insurers and central banks Job Responsibilities : - Develop & deploy Reusable Components in Alteryx & Xceptor - Develop & deploy Intelligent Dashboards in Tableau - Partner with Technology & Change Mobilization teams for developing Reusable and Complex Bots in UiPath Studio & Automation Anywhere - Collaborate with Operations teams to gather and document business metrics and its underlying drivers - Manage project documentations and track throughout the development lifecycle according to existing automation governance on the Manual Bespoke process and other tactical automation initiatives - Evaluate upcoming innovation tools in the market to improve existing product offering - Work with the project managers and subject matter experts within the team to ensure current status is understood and properly articulated - Research and document current state processes and apply appropriate changes to support business requests/needs and improve on effectiveness - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and business partners with the purpose of informing interested parties on all key milestones, accomplishments, programs, activities and overall successes Required Skills & Qualification Required : - Intellectually curious: will need to be passionate about the subject matter and keen to grow a detailed knowledge of the regulatory landscape through relevant research, data analysis and solutioning - Applies a global and firmwide perspective in establishing direction for team - Promotes partnership, encourages collaboration, information sharing and discussion to break down silos - Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in the business/finance environment in financial industry - Understanding of data processing and project management - Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills - Must be able to analyze and draw conclusions from large amounts of data - Team player with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Ability to grasp large amounts of information, and a curiosity to ask appropriate questions to fully develop business and functional requirements - Back ground on Investment Banking related product offerings - Detailed knowledge of all or any of the Financial products and operational processes of a large global bank.
