We need to coordinate with various stakeholders including Operations, Technology &amp; Project Managers at various stages of the project life cycle for effective and timely execution of the projects. We lead and manage self-solve IA solutions for WPO. Role: Solutions and Improvements - Project Manager Designation: Associate Location: Bangalore Required skills: - Leadership skills in governing and managing projects delivery - Working experience on Xceptor, Tableau &amp; Sharepoint preferred - Excellent written &amp; oral communication skills - Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues - MS Office skills Master's degree preferred. Key responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end delivery efforts for IA projects and demonstrate leadership by successfully managing medium to large projects. - Drive process reviews to understand end to end operations processes based on identified opportunities. - Provide recommendations on development feasibility in terms of required applications, technology and effort. - Coordinate engagement &amp; governance framework with key stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle - requirements, access management, testing, pre-production and go-live activities. - Analyze and design solutions using Intelligent Automation tools - Xceptor, Tableau and Sharepoint automation. - Develop, maintain and enhance automated solutions to improve the operations processes. - Develop and maintain documentation for developed solutions and provide required support - solution design documents, test and production sign-offs, project plans and milestones. - Report/escalate all potential issues in a timely manner, track and report status of all Intelligent Automation projects. - Deliver productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency to the business through these automated solutions. - Effective coordination skills and self-motivation to proactively reach out to all the required stakeholders. - Good communication skills and demonstrate self-learning attitude by enhancing his/her knowledge on latest technologies and share best practices with other leads during the regular engagements.
