CIB Client Account Services - Project Mgr - Associate Job Description : Key roles and responsibilities: - Baseline data quality metrics - Identify create, produce and track key performance indicators and metrics. - Identify key risk data and process items - Ability to mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them to management - Analyze data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data with a clear objective in mind - Assist in review of current business and systemic processes with a view to identify efficiency and automation opportunities - Working knowledge of industry wide data quality toolsets to support identified data validation and remediation.System and process data mapping - Creating data visualisations; dashboards, controls, real time reconciliations - Design and Implement proactive data monitoring. Qualifications : - Agile Project management and Business analysis experience. - Excellent working knowledge of SQL, MS Access and Excel - Custody and Fund Services Product knowledge strongly preferred - Experience of Data Governance principles would be advantageous - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) - Confidence in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority (up-to Managing Director level) across Corporate/Firmwide, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams. - Effective change management skills.
