Unique mix of technical and business management skills - Working with stakeholders on requirements for key business metrics, visualization, delivery and enabling actionable insights - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy - Provide a high level of responsiveness to execute ad-hoc requests related to project management, and business analysis - Supports the business operations teams with data collection and analytics/support for business reviews - Building partnerships with technology management, Human Resources, Finance and Business Management teams - Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like MS Teams & SharePoint - Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes - Exhibits a deep-passion for continuous learning - Proven experience in delivering timely, high quality reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Qualifications required : - 3+ years of hands-on experience developing analytical solutions in a fast-paced environment (preferably financial services) and/or experience in management consulting with a heavy emphasis on quantitative analysis - BS/BA degree or equivalent experience - Strong data visualization capabilities - Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint) - Ability to set goals, prioritize and manage across complex workstreams, and drive progress proactively and independently - Comfort with ambiguity, including the application of skills within new and unfamiliar domains - Strong creative problem-solving skills - People-oriented, strong team player with excellent written and verbal skills When you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you're not just working at a global financial institution.
