As the Product manager in our Deposit Product Development Team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm Job Responsibilities: - Gathering requirements for projects, developing JIRA's, story points - Testing support for all new releases and maintenance fixes of existing solutions - Provide status updates on all projects for management updates - Product fact sheets / marketing documentation updates and quality control - Stream owner of large scale projects (ensure smaller admin steps are completed for NBIA, testing, involvement in the design phase) - Liaise with Business Management for support on audits, controls and procedures - Participation in Product strategy planning and definition Required Qualifications, capabilities & skills: - 2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably supporting the Banking business - Proven track record as project manager with at least 2 years of experience - Experience with large scale technology projects and technology stakeholder management - Good presentation skills, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently, while managing up and escalating appropriately - Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems and solutions. - Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, SharePoint and Jira Preferred Qualifications, capabilities & skills: - Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and results - Influencing skills to manage a variety of stakeholders from different functions - Team player who proactively shares knowledge and information within and outside the function - Experience in agile project management and any other technical experience is a plus JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
