Job Summary : You will lead the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of CRM platform to enable delivery of industry-leading customer service experience. Job Responsibilities : - You will define the roadmap, and objectives for our customer service operations technology platform in Salesforce - You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the product, ensuring that it meets the success criteria of your stakeholders - You will partner with the Tech Lead to ensure alignment and feasibility of product and technical vision and requirements - You will create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation - You will ensure the product meets all legal, regulatory, risk and control requirements - You will be hands on, detail orientated, and outcome focused as well as a strong team player Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills : - Demonstrated expertise in delivering and scaling customer service operation technology products - Experience in a complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development - Expert-level knowledge in Agile principles, processes, and best practices - Strong experience with planning, prioritising, and maintaining product backlogs - Strong experience assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and is aligned with product strategy - Strong experience with hypothesis-driven development, product experimentation, and product analytics - Strong communicator and comfortable in explaining design/ architecture & roadmap to a wide range of audiences from both technology and business backgrounds Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills : - Experience with Customer Relationship Management - Knowledge of Salesforce out of the box functionality and tools JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
