Job Description:

Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences across Job Scheduling, Orchestration, and Search platforms (e.g., AutoSys/Control-M, Temporal/Airflow, Elastic/OpenSearch). As a Product Delivery Manager (Engineering Delivery Manager) in Infrastructure & Platform under Corporate Technology, you will lead end-to-end delivery, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders to enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way - while strengthening governance, transparency, and operational readiness through disciplined planning, tooling, and risk management practices.

Job responsibilities:

- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.

- Owns quarterly planning to produce an execution-ready, decision-quality Book of Work (scope, priorities, resourcing assumptions, timelines, risks, and dependencies) for the product line.

- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define high-level deliverables and milestones per product area; translates them into clear EPICs and well-defined Jira stories to support execution tracking, reporting, and governance.

- Drives predictable roadmap execution by maintaining clear priorities, tracking progress against milestones, and proactively surfacing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies with mitigation options and escalation paths.

- Partners with Engineering, Product, SRE, and key stakeholders to maintain a single, consolidated view of delivery + risk + priorities ("ONE Book of Work") and reduce duplication across workstreams.

- Coordinates audit readiness activities relevant to the products (pre-audit preparation, mock RFIs, response orchestration), and partners with risk/control stakeholders to plan and deliver remediation within sprint/quarterly commitments.

- Establishes and maintains strong stakeholder communication rhythms, with standardized reporting and actionable decision logging.

- Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities, including automation of delivery-management workflows (status generation, RAID hygiene, reporting rollups, dependency tracking) leveraging AI to reduce manual effort and increase transparency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product delivery or a relevant domain area and overall 12+ years of experience.

- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.

- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.

- Proven ability to manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.

- Demonstrated ability to understand horizontal program requirements and collaborate with engineering, product and program stakeholders for delivery.

- Executive-level communication skills suitable for stakeholder management, including clear escalation, decision framing, and delivery accountability.

- Experience leveraging AI frameworks for handling some or all of these activities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

- Knowledge of job scheduling (AutoSys, Control-M), orchestration (Temporal, Airflow), and search (Elastic Search, Open Search) products.

- Experience driving governance and delivery transparency using Jira-based analytics and standardized delivery reporting practices.
